    Daily QR keeps guest contact moments alive

    Together with Huttopia De Meinweg, we developed Breddr during high season. In the autumn holiday, the system was tested intensely and improved with input from staff, managers and guests. Daily QR proved essential: guests still stop by reception, keeping personal contact while staff can steer directly.

    At the same time, the process became much shorter and less error-prone: from around 2 hours per day to under 45 minutes. That matches Huttopia’s back-to-nature vision: less distraction for guests, tightly organized behind the scenes. Breddr removes repetitive work and provides clear posters and labels in four languages, including allergens and prices. Bakers can immediately see if ordering time has passed and join if needed.
